Apple Watch helps responder rescue skiers after 1,000 feet drop in freezing temperatures

Technology may have saved backcountry skiers from freezing to death. King County Air Support was called to assist the Chelan County Sheriff’s Office after an Apple Watch SOS went through regarding an injured skier.
