The next Apple Watch Activity Challenge is coming soon. Customers will be notified soon of the upcoming Heart Month Challenge Set for February 14th.

Here’s what you expect from the challenge:

Show your heart to some love! Close your exercise ring on February 14th, this Valentine’s Day and win this award.

Close the exercise ring on your Apple Watch means completing a 30-minute exercise by default. However, the required period can also be increased or decreased.

How does Apple explain here:

  1. Go to the Fitness app 1dc0ef4e76cb3e3a106bd15ab051c0bb On your iPhone.
  2. Tap and tap the activity ring Change Goal Button Next to the activity ring.
  3. Tap one of the following:
    • Adjust your goals for today: Set temporary goals for today’s activity ring.
    • Adjust your target schedule: Customize your activity ring goals by the day of the week. If you want to customize your goals, tap Schedule in the top right corner.
  4. Tap Delete button or Add button Adjust your goals.
  5. When finished, tap change (Activities)Today’s goals, or sets (Activities) Target schedule.
