EUFY ROBOT VACUUM E20 3-IN-1 review
Verdict
It is not for everyone, but the Eufy Robot Vacuum E20 3-IN-1 is an intelligent combination of robot vacuum and hand cleaner that is ideal for apartments or smaller spaces. His hand vacuum is raised to address the work of the points. Cleaning is better on hard floors than carpets, but in general, the cleaning of decent robots mixed with a decent application makes this an interesting choice in the right situations.

EUFY ROBOT VACUUM E20 3-IN-1: INTRODUCTION
There have been other robot vacuum cleaners that have been sent with a wireless vacuum cleaner, but they have always been separated. A totally integrated part of the Vacuum E20 3-IN-1 robot, the wireless vacuum cleaner rises from the robot.
It is a more direct configuration, with the robot and the wireless hand cleaner sharing a container and battery, which makes this an interesting option for smaller properties.
The power is a bit under the best that other robots can offer, and there is no trapener option, but for smaller jobs, this is an orderly combination.
Design and components
The Eufy Robot E20 3-In-1 vacuum seems unusual when it looks like a robot.
Instead of a plain and flat upper part, there is a wireless hand vacuum cleaned at the top where the container would go to a regular cleaner. In fact, the transparent plastic container you can see is both for portable unit and the robot.
When you want to address a job manually, you just have to raise your hand from the robot, pressing the great red button, which you can do while the robot is coupled or when you stop in the middle of automatic work.

Carefully, the crack tool is located at the top of the robot at hand, plugging the lower part of the wireless hand computer when ready to use it.

There is also a brush in the box, plus an adjustable height wand and a standard floor head.
None of these components have a storage area in or around the dock, which is a shame; I discovered that I really did not need the wand or the head of the day to day, and a combination of the robot and the portable crack tool was sufficient for most works. Keep the other components in a closet.

As ordered as design, there is a rarity: the tools of cracks and brushes cannot be cut at the bottom of the wand, and only attach to the unit of hand directly.
That is a pain if you want to clean at the top of a closet, or around a ski table without having to bend down.

Using the hand computer is simple. There is a button at the top to turn it on and turn it off, and also acts as a mode selector to choose between the four power modes, with the LED strip on the side that indicates what feed mode it is.
Realistically, it is realistically a too much power that you will need, and three would probably have done the trick.
Once a feed mode is selected, the green LED strip shows the battery life that remains and is visible in portable mode and when it is in robot mode.

Although the hand computer container can be removed and empty manually, you will only want to get the container occasionally to clean and reach the filter.

For the daily operation, the coupling station takes large 3 -liter bags (large enough for 75 days of land), automatically emptying the robot when accumulated.

If you have only used portable mode, you can press and press the recharge button. This makes the robot leave the dock, turn and then reduce, so that the earth can be absorbed.
Once done, the robot reverses this and reduces with its aligned load pads.

That is not ideal, but I suppose that the robot design made it impossible to place the load connectors and the empty port in a place where both could be used at the same time.
Below, the robot vacuum has a fairly standard design with a single roller brush and a side brush for edge cleaning. There is no trapener option with this cleaner, and there is clearly no room to fit in the necessary components.

In the front of Euphy Robot Vacuum E20 3-in-1 there is a sensor that can detect objects greater than 15 mm.
That allows the robot to go down around shoes and larger articles, but it can easily lose the disorder of pets and smaller objects, such as cables. For better object avoidance, you need a robot with a camera and recognition of AI objects.
The application
Eufy Clean is needed to administer the part of the combination robot, and is home to the company’s other products, such as the Euphy X10 Pro Omni. It is quick for the Euphy Robot Vacuum E20 3-IN-1, connect to your Wi-Fi and perform the initial mapping execution.
At the end of mapping execution, the E20 suggests a room design for your home, which correctly divided my test house. If the map is not for satisfaction, it is simple to divide or fuse rooms to obtain the design you want.
Advanced configuration allow me to add different types of carpets to each room, which helps the E20 to make the correct cleaning decisions.

Although navigation is generally good, if there are areas in which it finds that the E20 gets stuck, or simply does not want it to go to a certain place, there are non-log areas and virtual limits that can be added to the map.
As a void robot, the E20 presents simple cleaning controls. I could choose to clean anywhere, a specific room (or rooms) of my choice, or a designated area that I can mark on the map. Then there is an option of four power modes (silence, standard, turbo or maximum), in addition to an choice of one or two passes.

There is not much on the path of advanced configuration, but it is worth activating Boostiq, to increase suction power when it is on the carpet. There is also control over how auto-vacío works, both in the robot mode and in portable mode.
With the latter, the robot will be emptied automatically if the hand computer is used for 10 minutes or more, although, as noted, it can make the robot do the same job.

Performance
This is more an average range vacuum. In portable mode, the power is left behind the best wireless vacuum cleaners, such as the Dyson Gen5detect.

In the portable mode with the wand and the head of the floor, the E20 does a reasonable job, but fights a little on the edges of the floor and on the carpet and needs the portable tools to really collect everything. That said, the hard floor performance is excellent, and the E20 easily handles all the disorder.

It is a pity that the primary brush roll is not an anti-flange model, and can be trapped with long hairs.
In Robot mode, the E20 makes a pretty good test. It will catch the most difficult spills on the carpet, although for the most difficult disorder I had to aspire to hand to complete the work.

On the hard floor, the E20 works well, but hopes to have to order at the edges of the room with the crack tool, and it was easier for me to address specific cleaning with the hand tool.
The battery life is good, with the E20 capable of driving two passes from my house at home. This did not leave much energy to battery
Final thoughts
It is not for everyone, and Robot Eufy E20 3-In-1 is better on hard floors than carpets.
But, if you have a small apartment or office that you want to aspire automatically, with the option of addressing specific works by hand, it is a great combination.
How do we try
When we publish our reviews, they may be sure they are the result of “living” with long -term tests.
Robot cleaners usually live inside an ecosystem, or a range of products that supposedly work in harmony. And are designed to offer a range of different cleaning options. Therefore, it is impossible to use a robbery cleaner for a week and emit a verdict.
Because we are testing a smart home kit all day, every day, we know what matters and how an intelligent cleaning machine is compared to alternatives that could also be considering.
Our reviews are integral, objective and fair and, of course, we are never paid directly to check a device.
