Apple TV+: Dennis Lehane, creator of Smoke and Black Bird, Dennis Lehane hosts Reddit Ama today

As part of a marketing campaign promoting the new thriller smoke, Apple has arranged for series writer and creator Dennis Lehane to host the first AMA on Reddit and answer your…fiery questions. Here’s how to participate:

In the past, Apple has promoted AMA with creators and writers such as Dan Erickson (Severance) and Blake Crouch (Dark Matter). It’s time for Dennis Lehaan to step up to the keyboard and answer Redditors’ enquiries about his creative process.

Here’s how he introduced himself on his AMA page:

I’m Dennis Leharn. I wrote for Wire, published several books (Shutter Island, Mystic River, Ghosn, Baby, Ghosn), and created the miniseries Blackbird. Now I have a new show with AppletV+ called Smoke. Ama!

Hello reddit! I’m Dennis Leharn. This is my first time doing AMA. Excited to be here, I’m called AppletV+ to some questions about filmmaking, books, television and a new drama thriller miniseries with Taron Egerton and Junie Smollett. We will be checking in tomorrow from 11am to 12:30pm. see you soon.
