Bolt Z-Wave is an easy-to-setup long-range smart lock
Ultraloq has launched Bolt Z-Wave, a feature-rich smart lock aimed at homeowners and property managers who want reliable, seamlessly connected access control.
The Bolt Z-Wave, currently available for $179.99, expands the user base of Ultraloq’s well-known combination of security, ease of use and compatibility, particularly for those already using Z-Wave ecosystems such as Alarm.com, SmartThings or Home Assistant.
With its Z-Wave Plus V2 certification and long-range Z-Wave support, Bolt Z-Wave delivers even greater battery efficiency, faster responses, and stronger signals through walls.
Plus, setup is surprisingly easy because all you need to do is use SmartStart to scan the QR code and you’ll be ready to pair without any complicated setup.
After connecting, you can easily integrate with Alarm.com to provide centralized control over security systems, cameras and locks. This is a big plus for users with smart homes or professionally managed rental properties. Raj Sundar, senior director of product management at Xthings, Ultraloq’s parent company, says the goal is to “bridge the gap between Ultraloq’s intuitive design and the automation capabilities of platforms like Alarm.com.”
Additionally, its key attributes, such as keyless entry, an anti-peep keypad for added privacy, and the ability to share temporary access codes with visitors, contractors, or Airbnb renters, are features that the Bolt Z-Wave has in abundance. Its signal range and ease of setup make it a great choice for large homes or multi-unit properties, and it was designed with installers in mind.
In addition to being smart, durable, and designed to work well with others, the Bolt Z-Wave is a high-tech, hassle-free solution for anyone looking to upgrade their door security at an affordable price.
