The Lux Junior is only compatible with the majority of the cameras with Single-Contact Hotshoe, please confirm if your camera has a Single-Contact Hotshoe before purchasing, otherwise, the product will be incompatible or unusable
Note: This flash NOT compatible with Canon EOS Rebel SL3, 250D, T7, 1500D, 2000D, T100, 3000D, 4000D, 200DII, R7, R6II, R8, R10, R50. This flash is not compatible with Sony A9III, A99, A77, A350, ZV-1F. This flash is not compatible with Fuji X-A3, X100F, X100T
Troubleshooting for failure to flash: 1. When using the flash for the first time, wait for the flash recycle indicator to turn green, it means recycle is completed. If the indicator remains red or white, please replace the battery with a new one or a fully charged one. 2. If the flash can’t work, try going into the camera’s menu and changing the flash setting to “manual mode / M” mode
Troubleshooting for not working as expected: 1. Shutter Speed setting: this flash doesn’t have TTL function or High-speed sync, we recommend a shutter speed below 1/200, otherwise, the photos may show black edges, white edges issues. 2. Sensitivity setting: we recommend setting the ISO sensitivity to 100, and then increasing it based on the actual brightness or darkness. 3. Aperture setting: we recommend setting the aperture to 2.8, and then increasing it based on the actual brightness or darkness.
Size and Weight: the Lux Junior only size of 2.9 x 2.8 x 2 inches and 130g net weight. Product Material: mainly plastic. Please check if this is the size you want before you purchase. The Lux Junior is powered by two AAA batteries (which are not included)
