EUFY LIGHTS E10 LIGHTS E10, Outdoor Spotlights E10 and Outdoor Way Lights E10 Putting The Test

Eufy has been constantly hiding a name in the space of the smart house, and the E10 outdoor range is an additional test of that commitment. While there is nothing that they have not seen yet from the tastes of Govee and Nanoleof, the open -air rope lights E10, the outdoor spotlights E10 and the lights on the way outdoors E10, provide an intelligent lighting solution of the intelligent lighting Competitive price, quite complete for your patio or porch striker, and will adapt to people who are already using Euphy’s smart security cameras … although with the need for another Bloom ‘application. There are some peculiarities and areas of improvement, and the lack of support for Homekit and Matter is a penalty, but the open E10 range offers great performance, attractive factors and characteristics to make it a convincing option for anyone who wants to raise Its exterior spaces.

Eufy intelligent lights now … Who knew?

Actually, Eufy has had some smart bulbs in the market for some years under the lumos brand, and permanent outdoor lights E22 went on sale at the end of 2024.

But Eufy In fact makes smart lights now; The Anker Innovations brand, perhaps better known for its intelligent safety and intelligent cleaning products, removed the covers of a trio of new lighting options connected in September, in Berlin in IFA 2024.

In the test here is the E10 range in complete outdoor; So those are the outdoor rope lights E10, the outdoor spotlights E10 and the outdoor road lights E10, all of which we have had in operation in our US test laboratory.

The three has RGBWW technology and are controlled using the Eufy Life application. While they have different characteristics related to performance, what I will discuss, everyone shares a common control method and work well as a group.

There is nothing here that Nanoleof’s tastes or Govee have not yet launched, but since they can work in synchrony with the excellent security cameras of Eufy, such as Euphycam S3 Pro, they could be the exact range that Eufy fans have State waiting.

Design and installation

EUFY INTERNAL E10

The outdoor spotlights are compact but have a fairly powerful blow with RGBWW technology and warm white to refrigerants with up to 500 lumens of brightness offered.

Each focus has an elegant cylindrical design mounted on an adjustable base that allows precise fishing; You can place the picos screwed directly on the ground, but you will also get a couple of longer posts in the box to improve aesthetics.

Just change them if you want a higher position. It is a bit complicated, but easy enough to do and you can further adjust the angle with the small knob on the side.

In the test of this review there was a package of 2, but it can be extended to a maximum of 4 foci of a power package; The two originals that obtain in the box have connectors (with waterproof tapas) so that it is easy to add more.

The total length of the product set is 8.9M, with each connected component and can also a really long power cable, which should make it possible to turn on from the interior or exterior network.

Obviously, these lights and their components are atmosphere resistant: the light itself is classified as IP65, which means that it can withstand a heavy rain, but take note that the power adapter is only classified as IP44, so make sure Use an outdoor plug with a cover.

The lights are made of durable materials that resist weathering, and their metallic black finish is quite slippery.

There is a controller button, as it exists with the entire E10 range outdoors, but you will need the application to do something beyond the basics.

EUFY LIGHTS OUTDAY E10

The outdoor road lights E10 are a bit more elegant than the foci and are obviously trying to achieve a balance between style and functionality.

I think they look, as the roads go, quite good and, like the spotlights, they have a good matte black finish for them. The white bits that light up are plastic, but they are glazed and certainly do not feel cheap.

16 -inch high foot with a diameter of two inches, the emelled cylinders emit light from the upper and middle sections, creating a uniform shine that is as aesthetically pleasant as functional.

These roads are connected through lasting and hermetic cables that allow a versatile placement, around 2 m separate, and like the spotlights, they have a screw on the spike that enters the floor.

The amount of cables and joints connected to the controller and the power package may seem quite discouraging when you take them out for the first time, but, once you unravel, you will soon realize how simple it is to connect them all to the individual lights.

You will have to hide the cables in some way or it can be disorderly, especially in the hours of the day. That is the same with the spotlights too.

And it is the same story with the IP classifications, so be sure to take care of them abroad.

I tried a package of 4 and the total length of the set of products is 15.3 m, with each connected component.

They are not as bright as the spotlights, but, with 350 lumens, they provide a lot of soil light for a road and RGBWW technology means that it can create some fantastic color effects.

EUFY Outdoor rope lights E10

Unlike their founded brothers, the open -air rope lights EU and E10 are designed to be firmly on display.

With a thread of 30 LED bulbs to the rolaspos (in reality, two sets of 15 that connect) separated three feet away, the design is practical and visually attractive, although a bit simple compared to rivals such as Nanoleof.

The bulbs themselves are sweet forms of balloons with very transparent glass and have an IP65 classification, which means that they are built to resist rain, dust and extreme temperatures, but it is IP44 for power aspects again.

The cable is robust but flexible, which makes it easy to cover patios, pergolas or even wrap the trees.

Unlike some cheapest alternatives, these rope lights feel premium, with safe connections and resistant to water entry.

In the box you will find a lot of screws and ties, and there are also clips along the cable to facilitate assembly, which is a good touch that simplifies the installation.

With a RGBWW with a Tech Eufy is calling Wondershine, the idea is that the three LED (RGB, warm and cold whites) are mixed to provide brighter colors and a wide color temperature range from 1500k to 9000K.

Configure, characteristics and daily use

ADD-A-Device-Eufy-Life-App

The three products connect to the EuFy Life application, which serves as a central center for customization and control.

I know, I know … another bloody application of Euphy; So now we have a security of Eufy Clean, Eufy and now the life of Eufy. Fortunately, it is the same account and password, at least and synchronize in the background, but more about that in a moment.

The configuration is a Doddle, with the devices that use their Bluetooth skills to synchronize with your phone. Then you can share the Wi-Fi credentials of your home to get them completely ‘intelligent’, but you can also go to Bluetooth if you wish, but obviously you will always have to have your phone in the range to make any adjustment.

The application

Eufy-Life-Righting-Effects

In the Eufy Life application you can do all the things you would expect from a modern intelligent light system. You can adjust the brightness, select between millions of colors and create schedules adapted to your lifestyle.

The application also offers a lot of preset scenes (more than 80, they tell us) for different occasions, from festive vacations to casual meetings.

There are also good programming options to apply pre -established vacations such as New Year, Christmas, even things like the Wimbledon Tennis Championship.

The Eufy Life application, although functional, has a slightly cartoon interface. It is intuitive enough for basic use, but the design may seem too playful for some users.

Despite this, it is full of characteristics, including the ability to create personalized light sequences and musical synchronization as well, which is useful for barbecues and outdoor parties.

It would not be a new technological device if there were no AI-AI appearance and that is courtesy of the generator of magical dice scenes, which AI uses to create random light shows depending on their indications.

I tried this by entering issues such as “Forest Sunrise” and “Star Wars” and I was quite impressed with dynamic results.

It is not perfect, but it is a fun way to experiment with its lighting configuration.

Another good touch of the Eufy Life application is that the graphic of the house in the application changes as it changes between the different lights, showing how the lights could be seen.

Ecosystem integration

When combining these lights with an EuFy camera, you can automate actions such as lighting the lights when the movement or a person is detected, or that lights flash in red as a warning during the night.

During the tests, I matched the lights with a Cam S120 of EUFY sunlight, which has no facial recognition, unlike some high -end euphams such as the Eufy Solocam S340.

However, that really didn’t matter since I learned that synchronization between cams and lights is quite basic; Actually, you cannot use facial recognition to establish different light effects, it is based purely on detection and time.

So I could have warm white brightness in the range during the hours of the 6 pm and 10 pm, when a person was detected, but the red flank lights if it were after the 10 pm ‘face. That would be a murderous characteristic, so it is a pity that it is not available.

However, the linking process was quite fluid and worked exactly as I configured, every time I tried.

However, confusingly, this synchronization option is called WonderLink, but the button used in the application to configure is called luminolink. And dream like a broken album, but it would be much better if everything could be ordered in a single application.

Amazon Alexa and Google Home are compatible if you want to set up the use of applications, although you will not approach the customization options outside EuFy’s life.

Homekit is not sadly compatible and there is also no action.

Performance

The E10 outdoor range, despite some software peculiarities that I have observed, is excellent for offering vibrant and consistent lighting for its outdoor areas.

E10 rope lights create a warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing afternoons.

E10 spotlights offer focused and brilliant lighting that is ideal to highlight characteristics such as trees or statues.

And the E10 road lights provide a softer and more diffuse light that improves the attractiveness of the sidewalk without being overwhelming.

Throughout my tests, the E10 lights maintained a stable connection with the Wi-Fi network, from the router placed about 10 m from indoor distance.

The commands through the EuFy Life application were executed without delay, and I did not experience any problem of dropout or connectivity.

Final thoughts

The Eufy Outdoor E10 range is a solid addition to the intelligent outdoor light market in constant expansion.

Each product is carefully designed, durable and full of characteristics that meet a variety of needs. While there are some limitations, particularly in the integration of the ecosystem, the range in general offers excellent value for those who seek to improve their outdoor spaces with intelligent lighting.

If you are already invested in the Euphy security ecosystem, these lights are obvious.

Even if not, their quality and versatility make them a dignified consideration.

How do we try

When we publish our reviews, they may be sure they are the result of “living” with long -term tests.

Smart lights generally live inside an ecosystem, or a range of products that supposedly work in harmony. Therefore, it is impossible to use a connected light for a week and emit a verdict.

Because we are testing a smart home kit all day, every day, we know what matters and how a particular light is compared with the alternatives that it could also be considering.

Our reviews are integral, objective and fair and, of course, we are never paid directly to check a device.

Read our guide on how we try smart lights to get more information.
