FAQ
1. Does it support non Fullward cameras?
Answer: All cameras that support the Onvif/RTSP protocol are theoretically compatible, such as HIKVISION/DAHUA/TP-Link/Reolink/Xmeye, etc.
2. Can non Fullward cameras support AI functionality?
Answer: Supports Human/Vehicle Detection when connected to the DC-002/DC-003/DC-005/DC-008/BC-003 of FULLWARD. Cameras connected using the ONVIF/RTSP protocol do not support AI functionality.
3. Can I work without the Internet?
Answer: Because the video is recorded on the NVR hard drive, it can work without internet; But when there is no internet, it cannot be accessed remotely using App or Windows clients.
4. The NVR cannot find the camera I am currently using.
Answer: Firstly, please confirm that your camera supports the ONVIF protocol. Secondly, the camera and NVR must use the same IP address range in order for the NVR to search for the camera.
5. The camera has been added to the NVR, but the channel displays an error message for the username and password.
Answer: Firstly, use a browser or client to log in to the camera and verify the correctness of the camera username and password; Secondly, if two or more devices are using the same IP address, it will also prompt this error (changing the camera to another IP can solve the problem); Finally, if the ONVIF protocol is not set correctly when using the HIKVISION camera, this error will also occur (Google search for how to connect HIKVSION to a third-party NVR)
