The SPD cleats were developed especially for clipless pedals with the Shimano SPD system. You can use them with all Shimano SPD pedals (e.g. XT, XTR, Saint) and with all SPD-compatible pedals from other manufacturers.

Whether touring, spinning or MTB shoes: these cleats fit all shoes with 2-hole fixing. For a secure hold and maximum comfort when walking.

SECURE HOLD AND INTUITIVE RELEASE

The multi-directional SPD cleats allow you to click out of the pedal by turning your heel in any direction. This way you benefit from a smooth performance on touring and off-road, while still being able to quickly get off the pedal at any time.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY

The 2 super light cleats (20 g each) come complete with 4 high-strength Allen screws and 2 matching steel washers. Screw on the cleats lightly with the tip pointing forward, bring them into the desired position and then tighten them with 3 Nm torque.

PERFECT POSITION AT ALL TIMES

With the Shimano SPD system’s 2-hole standard you can move the cleats on the sole and adjust them precisely to your optimum foot position. For firm hold, direct power transfer and best ergonomics.
