The pressure cooker offers three convenient sizes, 4/6/9-liter with 22 cm diameter, and it works well for a wide variety of recipes, including soups, stews, chili, and curries, as well as risotto, meat dishes, and more.

Pressure regulator valve – 2 pressure levels

Along with its handy water-level indicator and quiet operation, the stainless-steel pressure cooker provides two cooking-pressure levels: 50 kPa (kilopascal) for gentle cooking and 90 kPa for fast cooking.

The cooker offers securely connected Bakelite handles, and it can be safely used on all heat sources, including induction, flame, and ceramic stove tops.

With the lid removed, the slow cooker can go in the dishwasher for quick, hassle-free cleanup.

Safety Valve / Pressure Indicator

The pressure cooker’s safety valve automatically checks the inside pressure. When the cooker’s inside pressure increases, the valve post will rise up and the red cap will appear from the hole in the handle. When the cooker’s inside pressure falls to a safe level, the valve will visibly drop, letting you know it’s okay to open the lid.

The safety valve automatically emits over pressure to ensure safe operation. If the lid isn’t locked properly, the inside pressure won’t rise, and the safety valve will only emit steam pressure; in this case, simply stop heating and lock the lid properly.

Shorter Cooking Time

Food cooks substantially faster in the pressure cooker (compared to normal cookers). Beef cooks in just 10% of the time it would normally take, for example, and red beans take only half the time. Energy Efficient

The pressure cooker cooks beef using only 1/15 of the heating energy typically required, and it can cook red beans with only 1/3 of the normal energy needed. By cooking at higher temperatures, the pressure cooker cooks faster, which helps save time and energy.

Maintains Nutrients

Pressure-cooking maintains the maximum nutritional value of food because it not only requires smaller amounts of liquid to start with, but it also loses minimal liquids during the cooking process. The result: healthy, delicious food without the loss of valuable nutrients.
