Why does the controller still not work after the Bluetooth conncetion is successful on phone?

Please forget(delete) the Bluetooth device and then reconnect it.

Why does the key not work as normal?

1.Long press ‘Reset’ hole on the controller to reset the gamepad;

2.After reset, if it still work, please download ‘Game Controller’ form App store. Open ‘Game Controller’, then press each key on gamepad to check if it is work.

Why the controller got delay or latency after used a while?

Press left or right rocker and turn the rocker 3~5 rounds to reset axis of rocker.

Can’t power on the controller after charging overnight.

While charging, the charging LED light stays on, but still can’t power on the controller. Then you need to press the ‘Reset’ key to reboot the controller.
