Man’s advice

Select a quality mixture, suitable for making coffee for Moka.

Fill the boiler to the lower level of the safety valve, without exceeding it and using fresh water, possibly poor in limestone.

Fill the filter generously, without pressing the coffee powder, forming a small wedge and avoiding dust leakage on the boiler edges. Close the coffee maker, vigorously screwing the collector onto the boiler and place it on the stove.

The flame must never wrap the coffee pot, but remain inside the bottom of the coffee machine, in order to allow an extraction in an appropriate time and not too quickly. As soon as you start to feel the typical Moka gurgling, the coffee is ready and you will need to immediately turn off the fire.

Never let the excess coffee boil: this would burn it, compromising its success and making it too bitter.

Enjoy the hot coffee, just ready, reminding you to mix the contents of the collector: the coffee extracted at the end, in fact, is less full-bodied than the leached at the beginning of the boiling.

The prevalence of the Robusta India origin gives depth and body to the mixture The roasting is dark, carefully studied to enhance the delicate hints of toast and cocoa. In this blend 100% Arabica prevail the intense notes of natural Brazil origin that return a coffee with a balanced taste. The clear roasting is perfect for enhancing the harmonious nuances of hazelnut and dried fruit. Rich in aroma and enveloping structure, it gives a unique flavor without sacrificing the pleasure of the true Italian rite. The medium roast gives this coffee refined aromatic notes of cereals and toast. Gourmet coffee with an aroma of hazelnut, chocolate or vanilla characterized by toasted notes and a round and delicate taste.
