Why doesn’t the doorbell have the video call feature when connected to HomeBase S380?
The Video Call feature is a brand-new software experience that currently only supports solo use. A HomeBase S380 version that supports it is expected to be released in December.

Video Doorbell C30 is a newly released product. To ensure proper functionality, please download the latest app version (version 4.9.3 or above) and check if the doorbell has the latest software update.

No, it only supports a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection.
