Adding Matter-enabled Eve devices to your smart home is fast and easy – the only other thing you need it the right hub. Which hub is right for you depends on which smart home platform(s) you’d like to control your home with. You can use the following hubs:

With the Eve app for iPhone and iPad, know exactly when and for how long motion was detected, view or export the detailed records, and see exactly how the brightness in your home develops during the day. Define the sensitivity of the motion detector individually by location. Or set the duration of detected motion to make sure lights don’t stay on unnecessarily after you’ve left the room.

When using the iOS platform – can I combine Matter and HomeKit-enabled accessories in an automation or scene?

Yes you can. For automations, Apple Home makes no difference whether your devices were added to your home through HomeKit or Matter.

Thread makes your smart home network more responsive and increases its reach, the only other thing you need is a home hub (Thread border router). Battery-operated Thread accessories, such as Eve Motion, represent endpoints in your Thread network.
