The EZ-#-723 series thermostat is used for water-based home heating. It controls the on and off of gas/combi boilers for home heating.

Model EZ-#-716 series thermostat is used for electric floor heating. It can control electric heating cable/film/ mat, etc.

ATTENTION! 【Application】The EZAIoT Smart Thermostat is a wall-mounted device designed to control water-based underfloor heating systems. It is compatible with gas boilers that use Dry Contact signal control. You can configure a delay circuit ranging from 0 to 5 minutes. A live conductor (L) and a neutral conductor (N) are required to install this thermostat. It operates with 100-240 V alternating current and supports a maximum current rating of 3A. Please note that this device does not operate on battery power.
