JJC LH-SH153 Bayonet Lens Hood is designed for the SON. E 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS lens. It helps prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by extending and shading the end of the lens. It is crafted from ABS plastic material and features a non-glare matte finish on the interior surface to limit lens flare further. The hood allows you to put on a 55mm filter and a 55mm lens cap. In addition, since the end of the lens is extended, you also get the added benefit of extra protection from accidental impact.
The hood can also be placed backward over the lens for more compact storage. JJC LH-SH153 replaces SON. ALC-SH153 lens hood. No vignetting will show with the hood on.
