The Latticia automatic espresso machine aims to prepare coffee that precisely meets your expectations. At only 20 cm wide, the Latticia is one of the smallest automatic espresso machines on the market. A modern control panel, large integrated buttons and a dial knob ensure easy operation, while the Melitta Companion App and automatic cleaning and descaling programmes support your use and maintenance. Melitta’s unique Aroma Extraction System uses pre-wetting of beans to provide an olfactory treat for coffee lovers, while the Latticia’s high-pressure filtration system ensures a most flavourful experience. Short on time? With the double cup mode you can prepare two cups at once, adjusting the coffee outlets to accommodate various sized cups. The useful drip tray also has a grid with a high-quality plastic strip to protect it from scratches. With five different bean grinding settings and three levels of flavour intensity available, this machine is ready to meet your needs.

More flavour with pre-brewing: The freshly ground coffee is moistened with water before the actual brewing process. As a result, the flavours dissolve better and where do they end up? In your coffee, of course.

Water-/Service Button
You want simplicity? Certainly! The service button gives you simple access to the cleaning and descaling programme, the brewing temperature and water hardness settings and the auto-off feature. Changing the filter is a piece of cake, too.
There are three ways to use the water-/service-button: A) Access to service mode 1, B) Access to service mode 2, C) Hot water draw
Remember: To get hot water, the button must be pressed once. Access to the service modes are explained on the PDF you can find at the top of the page.

Preparing two beverages simultaneously
It’s better together – The Double Cup Mode allows you to make two cups of espresso or café crème at the same time. It is of course also suitable for those who drink a lot of coffee. Simply press the respective direct key of your desired beverage twice in succession. The display lights up during preparation. While preparing two milk beverages the Steam dispensing display flashes in addition.

Height adjustable coffee outlet and using the milk function
1. The outlet is height-adjustable up to 135 mm so that you can also use glasses or extra large mugs. Without having to use special tools of course.
2. To use the milk function, simply put the end of the milk hose in a vessel with milk and place a suitable sized cup under the outlet. You can also use the milk lance or a milk container. Then, press the button for the desired beverage, e.g. a cappuccino. When done, rinse the outlet with hot water: To do this, press the water-/service-button once.If no further milk beverages are drawn, rinse the milk hose before switching off the machine (see Quick & Clean “Daily cleaning”).
