We evaluate Moccamaster coffee machines across the four T’s of coffee brewing: temperature, time, turbulence, and total dissolved solids (TDS). A machine that performs within the ideal ranges of the four T’s produces the perfect ratio of coffee flavour compounds extracted into water, which the SCA refers to as “the golden cup”. The KBG Select

The Moccamaster KBG Select model features the Select switch, which allows you to choose between brewing a half or full jug. Therefore, it’s perfect for big and small amounts of coffee.

The KBGT

The KBGT model features an automatic drip-stop filter basket and a thermal jug with glass lining, that will keep your coffee hot up to 8 hours. Perfect for big amounts of coffee.

The Cup-one

The Moccamaster Cup-One is a single serve, jug free coffee machine. The coffee maker features a specially designed brew-basket to steep coffee and brews 300ML coffee in just four minutes.
