Rayzeek’s new and exclusive motion sensor switch RZ023-5A-S. it is a 2-wire switch and No neutral or Ground wire is required for functioning. This switch is perfect for old houses with only Live and Load wires in the wall box UK standard.

It uses advanced passive infrared sensors(PIR)and MCU control technology to detect motion, automatically turning lights on and off. The switch offers easy and accurate adjustment of the Time Delay Detection Range,Light Sensor value and Operating Mode Occupancy/Vacancy/On-Off), making it simple to customize for any setting.

Choosing the right place for installation.you can avoid any problem. Strictly follow the wiring diagram when you install the switch.Please make sure that the light is at least 3W or higher, otherwise it will flash.This sensor is only compatible with incandescent, halogen, and LED lighting.We do not recommend using it for Fluorescent ,Ballast or Fans or other types of loads.

Q1:Lights won’t turn on?

It can be caused by several reasons, and we have some solutions for you:

Wired incorrectly:Check if green indicator flashes or not, if yes, check the load wiring,or the load function; if not,check if the wiring is the same with the diagram.

Bulbs blown:Check if the bulb still functions or replace.

Sensor in ON/OFF mode:Check if the red LED indicator will flash when motion detected,press big button to escape.

Ambient Light too bright than setting value on switch:Draw the curtain to make the room darker, wave hand, Check if the light turns on, if turns on,adjust light sensor walue to 35Lux, or turn the switch to Occupancy mode without light sensor mode.

The load do notsuitable for the sensor:Change lighting or load to halogen,incandescent, and LED lighting.

Q3:Room experienced a power failure and the switch is not responding?

Under normal condition, if the connected load is not damaged, the switch will take about 20s~30s to restart and work properly. If after waiting, it still doesn’t work properly, you can try to manually reset the switch by pressing the big button and the small button at the same time.
