Do these fit true to size?
These slippers are made according to standard UK men’s shoe sizing. However, new memory foam slippers tend to feel tight at first (hence a number of hasty reviews that state they run small), and take time a couple of days to break in.
Are they suitable for narrow/wide feet?
These are medium width. If you have wide feet, please buy one size larger.
Do these have enough arch support?
Since we can’t make an arch support that satisfies everyone, we include a low-arch midsole that’s comfortable for most flat-to-low arch feet. Those who need more support can swap out the removable insole with your own custom orthotics.
What should I do if the stitching on the sole of my slippers fails or comes apart?
We’ve taken significant steps to enhance the quality and durability of our slippers, addressing and rectifying the stitching problem to ensure it does not happen in the future.
