Simpled smart locks can be installed on most internal doors

Materials such as wooden, metal, plastic, sliding doors, and glass.

How far away can the hub be?

It will be connected to the lock via Bluetooth. So it’s ideally around 10 meters.

However, the maximum communication range will vary depending on obstacles (person, metal, wall, etc.) or electromagnetic environment.

What happens when the lock is out of battery?

Physical keys are provided with Simpled smart locks, which ensures that you will still be able to enter the house.

There is a USB input on the bottom part of the smart locks that enables you to connect a power bank to wake up the lock and unlock it.

Do I need the Simpled Gateway?

Without a gateway, you can share smartlock access with your smartphone. However, when combined with a Wireless Keypad and Gateway, you can remotely share and delete passcodes for guests, cleaners, and repair services from anywhere in the world.
