Sausage Dog
This is a good project to start with as we use relatively few fabric pieces and add more throughout the process. This is a great way to build up a multi-layered, textured surface.
Midnight Fox
Building on the techniques practised on the sausage dog in the previous project, this project will demonstrate how to stabilize and embroider the subject before attaching it to the base layer.
Acrobat Mouse
It was a past student of mine who introduced me to textile foils. Finding new materials and techniques can be so inspiring and exploring their properties so that they will complement your way of working can be really rewarding.
