Marc Jacobs & Denim Tears updates tote bags
To celebrate its 40th anniversary, Marc Jacobs collaborates with Denim Tears to launch a limited edition tote bag. This is a full-circle moment, considering that Denim Tears founder Tremaine Emory began her fashion career at Marc Jacobs in 2006.

The accessory design features Denim Tears’ signature cotton wreath prominently. It’s a powerful symbol that Emory describes as a “talisman for Black people” and a “call to return to what built this country.”
In the campaign visual, model Awen Chol poses in a studio, with a tote bag taking center stage. Yohana Lebasi’s style combines accessories with edgy corset tops, sleek leather jackets, and striking Kiki platform boots for a bold look.
This is Jacobs’ ninth collaboration this year and is part of an ongoing series highlighting iconic styles. It follows the Futura collection released last month.
