Here’s everything about Apple TV+ coming in January
Apple TV+ is having a strong year for original content in 2024, starting the new year with some big returning series and more. New seasons of Severance and Mythic Quest are the obvious highlights, but conspiracy thriller Prime Target also looks intriguing. To kick off 2025, here’s everything coming to Apple TV+ in January.
Amputation (Season 2)

In Severance, Mark Scout (Adam Scott) leads a team at Lumon Industries whose employees undergo a termination process that surgically separates their work and personal memories. This bold experiment in work-life balance is called into question, and Mark finds himself drawn into the mystery, forcing him to confront the true nature of his work and himself. In Season 2, Mark and his friends learn the dire consequences of neglecting the severance pay wall, leading them down an even more dire path.

Prime Target follows Edward Brooks (played by Leo Woodall), a bright young math graduate student on the verge of making great strides. If he succeeds in finding the pattern of prime numbers, he will hold the key to all the computers in the world. Soon, he begins to realize that an invisible enemy is trying to destroy his ideas before they are born, which leads him to become a female NSA employee tasked with monitoring and reporting on the mathematician’s work. It will be placed in the orbit of Tayla Sanders (played by Quintessa Swindell). Action. Together, they begin to unravel a troubling conspiracy with Edward at the center.
Eva the Owl (Season 2)
